Meet The Team
John Cedric Tio
Political Analyst & Researcher
John Cedric Tio is a graduating Political Science student from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Main Campus. His years at PUP have deepened his interest in politics, governance, and public service, while giving him opportunities to see how political theories and ideas take shape in the real world. Along the way, he continues to carry with him the university’s guiding principle, "Mula sa’yo, para sa bayan."
He sees himself pursuing a path in public service, driven by the belief that meaningful change requires people who are willing to step forward, participate, and serve. This is what drew him to Sulong Kabataan and its Great Reset vision of preparing and empowering a new generation of young Filipinos to become capable leaders and help move the country in a better direction.
